Shipping and Returns
Shipping & Delivery
All pieces are handmade and produced in small batches in our studio. Most items are made to order, which means production begins once your order has been placed. Please allow up to 14 days for production before your order is shipped.
Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped with DHL and include insured shipping and a tracking number.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Germany: 2–4 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
At Ottilia Studios, each piece is carefully handmade in our studio. Many of our pieces are produced made to order, which means production begins once your order has been placed.
Return Period
You have the right to request a return standard products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces are excluded from returns.
This includes all items that are individually assembled or made to order. As each of these pieces is created specifically for you, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Made-to-Order Items
Because many of our pieces are made specifically for each order, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.
Customised or personalised pieces may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear on your account.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
